Who you work with

Cassidy M. Chaplowe

Founder & Principal — Salesforce Solution Architect

I help law firms and growing organizations turn complex, non-standard business processes into scalable Salesforce and Litify solutions — reducing manual work, improving visibility, and making teams more productive.

Across 5,570+ hours of delivery I've led 10 end-to-end Litify implementations, each taken from discovery through go-live and hypercare. I specialize in the parts of Salesforce architecture that don't fit neatly into out-of-the-box functionality — custom data models, automation, and integrations built around how a business actually operates.

Beyond legal technology: healthcare and medical imaging, dental technology, SaaS and cloud infrastructure, IT and cybersecurity, professional education, private equity, field services, and consumer electronics. Range that makes patterns recognizable across industries.
